Project Snapshot

Brief system overview

Holman Engineering designed and installed a parking guidance system for Warriewood Square to help customers and staff find available parking across the large shopping centre parking areas.

Challenge

The site includes multi-deck and outdoor parking areas. Accurate counting was needed across levels, ramps, major entrances and exits.

Holman approach

The system uses induction loops and overhead lasers to monitor vehicle movements, then displays real-time availability through LED signs integrated into existing signage infrastructure.

Outcome

Customers receive clearer parking availability around the shopping centre and the site gains a more efficient counting method across both deck and outdoor parking areas.

Why it matters

Real-time parking information improves site movement.

Holman parking guidance systems combine counting, sensors, signage and reporting so drivers can find spaces faster and site operators can better understand car park performance.

Driver guidanceLive availability

Displays show the number of spaces available in the relevant car park, level, zone or section.

OperationsCentralised reporting

TrafficNet and associated interfaces support live data, history and management reporting.

IntegrationBuilt for site needs

Systems can connect with signage, web interfaces, apps and third-party services depending on the project.
